Almost everything is there. Except what Québec asks for.
Studio Pro — whether you call it GoStudioPro or, before the rename, DanceStudio-Pro — covers the recital, costumes and payroll. What it doesn't cover is the framework you work in.
What you still do by hand
Relevé 24, rebuilt every January
You go back over the year's payments family by family, in a spreadsheet, to produce receipts the tool has never heard of. Here they come out of the product.
GST, QST and the numbers you must display
Computing the taxes, breaking them out on receipts, showing the registration numbers: that's on you, in a tool that doesn't know them.
Your families write in French, the tool answers in English
You translate the emails, the portal labels, the notices. Here French is the language the product is written in.
Payroll, under the rules that apply here
It's computed from the sessions actually taught, within the Québec framework, and exported to your accounting tools.
What doesn't change by coming here
Four things depend neither on the plan you pick nor on the year: they come from the way Cadanse is built.
Your data stays in Canada
The app and its database run in the Montréal region. It isn't a box to tick or a plan to pay for: there is nowhere else they could be.
Relevé 24 and the taxes that apply here
Childcare-expense receipts come out of the product, with the year's total per family. GST and QST are computed, not approximated.
French isn't a translation here
It's the language the product is written in; English and Spanish are derived from it. Your families don't read an approximate version of the interface.
The price doesn't rise with your students
There is no student count anywhere in our billing. Going from 80 to 250 registrations doesn't change what you pay.
The handover
You don't have to retype your studio
We do the import: you send the exports from your current software, we hand back a database that's ready, with a line-by-line record of what was loaded. The schedule, the guarantee and the terms are on the offer page.
