Thirty days to try it, sixty to change your mind
The two clocks measure different things: the trial says when the first charge lands, the guarantee says how long it stays reversible.
30-day free trial
You pick your plan and enter a card, but nothing is charged before day thirty-one. During the trial the plan you picked is open in full — it isn't a cut-down version.
60 days, money back
The guarantee starts at your first charge, not at signup: thirty days free, then sixty days to walk it back. Every plan, whether you're coming from other software or from nowhere at all.
Cancel anytime from your billing portal. The trial is offered once per studio.

Switching software shouldn't cost you a season
We do the import, included on every plan for your first 60 days, and the price is locked for the first year for studios leaving Akada or ProInscription. The 60-day guarantee, for its part, applies to everyone.

Does the yearly plan lock me in for a year?
No. Yearly simply means paid upfront, at ten months' price for twelve — it's a discount, not a contract. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal, and switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like: Stripe prorates the bill.
Is SMS included?
SMS sending is available from the Pro plan up. Each message draws from the studio's prepaid SMS wallet (starting around 2¢ per SMS) — top up anytime, no surprise bill at month-end.
Are there Stripe or Square fees on top of the subscription?
Yes. Cadanse never touches your sales money — payments go directly through your own Stripe or Square merchant account, which charges its standard transaction fees (typically around 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, depending on the processor and your country). Those fees are on top of the Cadanse subscription, not instead of it.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes, the card is asked for at signup, but it isn't charged before the thirty days are up — and you can cancel before then without paying anything. We ask for it so your studio doesn't stop on day thirty-one: registrations, payments and emails carry on without a break.
When does the 60-day guarantee start?
At your first charge, meaning when the trial ends. So you get thirty free days, then sixty days during which you can ask for a refund of what you've paid. The 60-day import window is a separate clock, for a separate thing: it starts when your studio opens.
